    Dear Leo Saldhana
I have received the mail on Jakarta sinking and Bangalore parched. I am in UK on a family vacation. I will no be able attend the program on 29th July. Anyways, I wish the program all success. One thing I want to say, can we put an end to the vertical as well as horizontal growth of Bangalore to save it from many many problems of which water is one. Secondly, about traffic, if you want a free access and exit on every road, parking on any public road shall be banned. No parking – no vehicle ownership. This rule is prevalent in Sri Lanka and Singapore. Many traffic woes gets addressed. Please give a thought to these points.
