Janta Parliament

Our Parliament hasn’t been in session since March when first lockdown was imposed. Much has happened since then and *there hasn’t been any scrutiny or accountability for Govt actions which Parliament ensures.*

Thus, several civil society groups, movement, students and concerned citizens have come together to convene *Janta Parliament* from *16-21 August*. It is a virtual platform to simulate discussions just as they would happen in Parliament. *A total of 11 discussions over 10 themes will happen.*
